Our guests typically tip our staff on average 10% in high season and 15% in low season of the rental rate at the end of their stay which is then divided accordingly amongst the staff.

Group numbers are limited to 12 persons in total. We allow no more than 12 guests at the villa at a time.

Parties, weddings or events are not permitted on the property
